4) Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

  • Payment is due at checkout. We may use third‑party payment processors; your use of them may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order (including suspected resellers/distributors) and to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time.

  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the original payment method.

5) Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, packages marked as delivered, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by you.

6) Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

  • Due to the nature of dietary supplements, opened or used products are not eligible for return. Unopened products may be eligible only as outlined in the Refund Policy.

  • If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you pause or cancel in accordance with the subscription terms.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

  • TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELASCO SUPPLEMENTS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR, IF THE CLAIM DOES NOT RELATE TO A PURCHASE, FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

16) Indemnification

  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Velasco Supplements from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
