Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Velasco Supplements LLC ("Velasco Supplements," "we," "us," or "our"). We aim to make returns straightforward while safeguarding product integrity and safety. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for purchases made directly from our website.

  • Window: 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: Unopened, factory‑sealed, and in resalable condition.

  • Exceptions: Opened/used items, final‑sale items, and gift cards are not returnable.

  • Process: Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) → ship product back with tracking → inspection → refund.

  • Who pays shipping: You cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


1) Eligibility

To protect customer safety and product quality, we accept returns only when all of the following are true:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery (as shown by the carrier).

  • The item is unopened, unused, factory‑sealed, and in the original packaging with all inserts.

  • You have a valid order number and are the original purchaser.

Note: Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products.

2) Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non‑Returnable at checkout

  • Digital products, downloads, or gift cards

  • Free gifts, promotional items, and samples

  • Products not purchased directly from our website (please contact the original retailer)

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 calendar days if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll make it right by arranging a replacement or refund, as appropriate. We may request photos and/or that the product be returned for quality review.

4) How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

  1. Email us: velasco.supps@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.

  2. Receive RMA: Wait for our written RMA approval and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

  3. Package securely: Use original packaging if possible; include the RMA and order number inside the box.

  4. Ship with tracking: You are responsible for return shipping and risk of loss until we receive the package. We recommend insured, trackable service.

5) Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3–5 business days after delivery to our facility), we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

  • Shipping charges and rush fees are non‑refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

  • If the return does not meet eligibility criteria, we will notify you and, at your option, can ship the product back to you (you cover shipping).

6) Exchanges

We’re happy to arrange an exchange for the same item if stock is available and your product qualifies under this policy. If the requested item is out of stock, we can offer a refund upon return approval.

7) Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.

  • We can assist with a carrier trace or claim, but we are not responsible for packages after the carrier marks them delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • For incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

8) Subscription Orders

  • Subscription renewals are processed automatically on the schedule you select.

  • To avoid the next charge, cancel or pause before the renewal date in your account or by contacting us.

  • Once a subscription order is processed, it may not be refundable unless there is an error or defect.

9) International Orders (if offered)

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are non‑refundable.

  • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or import restrictions, we will refund the product price (less shipping) if/when the product is received back in unopened, resalable condition.

10) Wholesale & Reseller Orders

Orders placed for resale or distribution are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11) Chargebacks & Policy Abuse

We’re committed to fair resolutions. If a chargeback is filed before contacting us, we will provide documentation to the payment provider. We reserve the right to decline future orders in cases of policy abuse.

12) Quality & Safety

  • Always follow the Supplement Facts label and usage directions or your clinician’s guidance.

  • Discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional if you experience adverse reactions.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with the “Last updated” date above.
