Accessibility at Velasco Supplements

We want everyone to be able to browse, learn, and shop with confidence. Velasco Supplements LLC is committed to providing a website that is accessible and usable for all customers, including people who use assistive technologies or alternative input methods.
Our Standard
We strive to align our site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of abilities and devices. Where WCAG 2.2 extends WCAG 2.1 (for example, Focus Not Obscured and Target Size), we aim to meet the newer criteria as part of our ongoing improvements.
What We’re Doing
To support accessibility, we’ve implemented (and continue to improve) the following:

Forms and errors with programmatic labels, helpful instructions, and error messages that are announced and easy to find.

Ongoing testing with automated tools (e.g., Lighthouse/axe) and manual checks using common assistive technologies.

Responsive design that adapts to various devices and screen sizes.
Compatibility & Supported Technologies
Our goal is to support current versions of major browsers and screen readers, including:

Third‑Party Tools
Some features are provided by third‑party apps (e.g., payment, reviews, shipping). While we select partners carefully, these tools may have their own accessibility limitations. If a third‑party element is hard to use, please tell us so we can coordinate with the provider or offer an alternative.
